Memo reads as under; "The counsel of Petitioner most humbly submits that the present petition has been filed to set aside the impugned order dated 14.06.2023 passed by the Ld. City Civil Judge in I.A. No. 2 filed In OS 5608/2022. This Hon'ble Court on 03.11.2023 had admitted the present petition and have called for trial courts records. The trial court records are before this Hon'ble Court. It is submitted that the parties to the present petition have amicably settled the disputes between them based on the Intervention of their well-wishers. As part of the settlement, the parties have agreed to withdraw all pending litigations between them.
