Petitioners-Imran and Irfan have approached this Court by means of present criminal misc. writ petition challenging the impugned NCR No. 0197 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020, under Sections 323, 504 IPC, Police Station-Bairia, District-Ballia. 5. There is nothing on record to show that requisite order under Section 155(2) Cr.P.C. has been passed by the Jurisdictional Magistrate directing the concerned police station to investigate into the matter. 6. In the absence of requisite material, we are of the view that present writ petition is misconceived and is, therefore, liable to be dismissed. 7. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
