The present acquittal appeal has been filed against the judgment of acquittal dated 18.12.2019 passed by learned Additional Judicial Commissioner- II, Ranchi in Sessions Trial No.239 of 2018 (T.R. No.34 of 2019) arising out of G.R. Case No.4933 of 2015, corresponding to Kotwali (S) P.S. Case No.698 of 2015, whereby the respondent No.2, namely, Pushpa Devi has been acquitted from the charges levelled upon her. 2. The issue of maintainability has been raised. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present acquittal appeal with a liberty to file revision. 4. Permission is accorded. 5.
