Lahkar, learned Addl. P.P., who submits that the Charge- Sheet Page No.# 2/2 has been submitted vide C.S. No.44/2026 dated 13.08.2026. 2. The petitioner was on interim bail during the investigation period. The privilege of anticipatory bail during the trial period has come to an end. Since the charge-sheet has already been submitted, accordingly, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned Trial Court to pray for grant of bail during the trial proceedings, as and when summoned to the Court. 3.
