Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 15.09.2025 (Annexure P/1) issued by the Divisional Level Rationalization Committee Raipur, (C.G.). 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside/quash the impugned order dated 29.06.2025 (Annexure P/2) issued by the District Rationalization Committee, Raipur (C.G.). 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside/the quash impugned posting order dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure P/3) issued by the District Education Officer Raipur, Chhattisgarh. 10.4 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other writ/writs, order/ orders, relief/ reliefs in favor of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3 / 3 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner who is holding the post of Teacher (LB) and was posted at Govt. Middle School, WRS Colony, Raipur, is transferred to Govt. Middle School Kohka, Tilda under rationalization scheme treating the petitioner to be in excess in the school at WRS Colony Raipur. He contended that petitioner had submitted representation before the District Level Committee which came to be rejected and, hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner is having remedy available to file other representation/appeal before State Level Committee which is headed by Director, Public Instructions. Constitution of Committee is filed by the petitioner as Annexure P-10. However, petitioner has not approached before the said Committee. 4. In the aforementioned facts of case where the State Govt. has already constituted a Committee at State Level to consider grievance of Teachers affected under rationalization scheme and therefore, I find it appropriate to dispose off this writ petition at this stage permitting the petitioner to submit appeal/representation before the State Level Committee and if such appeal/representation is submitted, State Level Committee shall consider and decide the same within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
