P. Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 and the judgment of Division Bench in W.P.No.9753/09 and pass…..” 2. A perusal of file discloses that no interim order has been passed. None appears on behalf of petitioner. However, having regard to the given facts 2 HCJ & CGR, J W.P.No.14555 of 2011 and circumstances of the case and nature of relief claimed, we do not find any justification in continuation of present proceedings, as writ petition appears to have been rendered infructuous. 3. Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed in default with liberty to petitioner to file an appropriate application in case of subsistence of any cause of action within four (4) weeks.
