1. Heard Mr. Aman Pandey holding the brief of Ms. Anuja Sharma,
learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/State and Mr. Sunil Verma, learned counsel appearing for the objector.

2. This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief:
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow this petition, set aside the impugned orders and in effect allow the bail application of the petitioner and release him on bail on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.”
3. Mr. Aman Pandey, submits that he has no instructions in the present matter, as his client is not responding.
4. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time.
5. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief, if any, stand vacated.
6. A certified copy of this order be sent to the concerned Family Court for necessary information and compliance forthwith. Sd/-
