At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition has become infructuous, as order has been passed by respondent No.1/The Collector, Raipur on 23.02.2026 in pursuance of application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 3. Learned counsel for the State has also conceded the above submission. 4. In view fo the above, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5.
