1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):- i. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order dated 21/08/2023 passed by Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur in Railway Claim Case No.34A-82/2022-23. 2 ii. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.
2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file petition/appeal before appropriate forum.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner.
4. On due consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Petition.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
