HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 22313 of 2026 Court No. - 49 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J. HON'BLE DIVESH CHANDRA SAMANT, J. The only prayer pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is for a direction upon the respondent authorities to conduct a fair investigation into the matter. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions submits that pursuant to fair and impartial investigation, no incriminating evidence was found against the accused persons and a final report has been filed in their favour. The cause on which the writ petition is founded does not survive. This fact could not be disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
