2 / 2 posting of petitioner, and to cancel the order of posting of petitioner dated 07.06.2025 to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Amapali, Block Jaijaipur, Dist. Sakti because mother of petitioner aged about 70 years had undergone open heart bypass surgery and it is petitioner who takes care of her mother, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to submit fresh representation before respondents No. 2 & 3 along with consent letter issued by Respondent No. 7 and the concerned authorities be directed to take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, within specific time frame.
2. Submission made by learned counsel for petitioner is supported by the counsel for Respondent No.7.
3. Learned State counsel submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking liberty to submit a representation before the concerned authorities, he is having no objection.

On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before Respondents No. 2 & 3 raising all the grounds as raised in this petition and enclosing all relevant documents. In the event, petitioner submits such a representation, Respondents No. 2 & 3 shall take decision on the representation of petitioner in accordance with law, sympathetically in an objective manner, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
