An application has been filed for organizing the Pro Boxing Championship in the premises of Government Senior Secondary School, Padam, Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, which is scheduled to be held on 14th and 15th April, 2026 being Government holidays in Himachal Pradesh, respectively. The necessary No Objection Certificate issued by the Principal (Annexure A-2) has also been appended.
Keeping in view the above, we deem it fit to allow the application. The event shall be conducted in the school premises, and due care shall be taken to ensure that no damage is caused to the school property. The proposed event is being organized solely for the benefit of the youth, with the objective of enabling them to participate and to promote sports-related activities.
Accordingly, the application is allowed, and necessary permission is granted subject to the deposit of Rs.20,000/- in the Students Welfare Fund of the concerned school.
Permission is also granted to the applicant in CMP No.6520 of 2026 i.e., the Pradhan of Maa Thodeshwari Swabhiman Mahila Mandal, Nanno Balag, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla, H.P., to
organize sports and cultural activities/meet for women in the playground of Government Senior Secondary School, Balag, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla, H.P., on 12.04.2026 (one day) (Sunday). The necessary No Objection Certificate issued by the Principal concerned (Annexure A-1) has also been appended. Since the school shall remain closed, it is directed that proper care shall be taken to maintain the premises and ensure that no damage is caused.
Accordingly, the application is allowed, and necessary permission is granted subject to the deposit of Rs.10,000/- in the Students Welfare Fund of the concerned school
The applications stand disposed of.
