This application has been filed under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraskha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the accused petitioner namely, Anuwar Hussain @ Anowar Hussain, has prayed for bail in connection with Sivasagar P.S. Case No. 202/2025 under Sections 118(2)/109/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner was arrested on 30-12-2025. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that in this case, charge-sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No.05/2026 dated 31.01.2026. 5. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of.
