The present application for restoration has been filed on behalf of the appellant. However, no explanation has been furnished regarding the absence of the appellant or his counsel on the date when the matter was called for hearing. 3. Considering the nature of the dispute between the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the application. 4. Accordingly, the application for restoration is allowed. The Second Appeal No. 847/2019 is hereby restored to its original number, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 10,000/- to respondent No. 2, namely Smt. Pratibha Mishra, within a period of five (05) days. 3 5. List the appeal for hearing on admission in the week commencing from 07th April, 2026, subject to compliance of the above condition.
