Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Ambrish Shukla, learned counsel representing respondent nos. 2 and 3 - U.P. State Industrial Development Authority are present. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the plot, which was allotted to him through a lottery system on 11.07.2025, has a lesser area than what was originally promised and such situation impelled the petitioner to invoke the writ jurisdiction. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has moved a representation on 14.08.2025 but the same has remained pending till date. 4. Under the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to issue a direction to respondent no. 3 - U.P. State Industrial Development Authority to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2025 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
