The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lalmatiya P.S. Case No.84 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Godda. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation is made that the petitioner has taken the amount of Rs.1,30,000/-. He further submits that now a good sense has been prevailed between both the sides and Rs.1,30,000/- has been returned to the informant. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that 2026:JHHC:14361 --2-- A.B.A. No. 8110 of 2024 allegations are there of taking the money. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the Informant submits that the informant has received the amount of Rs.1,30,000/- and in view of that the anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 5. Considering that the said amount has been returned to the informant which has been accepted by learned counsel appearing for the informant, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Godda in connection with Lalmatiya P.S.
