The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to release all the service benefits/dues which her husband was legally entitled to, in the interest of justice; 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay interest on 2 the said dues/benefits which are payable to the petitioner from the date it became payable to her husband and till the date of its actual payment. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other writ/writs, order/orders, relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2.
