1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- 10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation dated 07.02.2026 submitted by the petitioner before the Commissioner of the Chhattisgarh Housing Board within a time bound manner. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent authorities to expeditiously conclude and decide the pending departmental matter relating to the petitioner within a reasonable time. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed multiple representations before the respondent no. 2 making similar prayer as sought for in this writ petition lastly on 07.02.2026. Therefore, at this stage, direction be issued to respondent no. 4 to consider and take decision on pending representation of petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame.

Learned counsel for respondent -State submits that petitioner is aggrieved with the order passed by respondent no. 2 for whom she is not appearing.
4. I have heard learned counsel for respective parties.

On due consideration of submission by the counsel for the parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to consider and take decision on pending representation Annexure P-3 dated 07.02.2026 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the Order.
