Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that time for surrender may kindly be extended for two weeks as the petitioner has not been able to surrender due to some mis- communication. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioner, in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel of the petitioner, two weeks’ further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned court. 5. Order dated 30.03.2026 passed in A.B.A. No.1338 of 2026 is modified to the above extent, rest of the order shall remain intact. 6. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of. .
