Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly issue writ of appropriate nature to the respondent authority set aside/ quashed the impugned transfer order dated 24.01.2026 insofar as it relates to the petitioner’s posting at Sr. No. 4, and restore the petitioner to his earlier posting place. 10.2 The petitioner further prays for such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is holding post of Food Officer and is posted at district Kabirdham. He is transferred from Kabirdham PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 to the Directorate, Nava Raipur vide order dated 24.01.2026. Petitioner has not completed two years of his service at earlier place of posting and therefore until and unless there is complaint against petitioner he could not have been transferred. He next contended that only to accommodate Respondent No. 4, petitioner is made to suffer transfer and even otherwise Respondent No. 4 is not holding post of Food Officer but as Assistant Food Officer. Aggrieved with which, petitioner has already submitted representation before Respondent No. 1 which is pending consideration, no decision has been taken till date and therefore at this stage direction be issued to Respondent No. 4 to take decision on the pending representation of petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the parties and further considering nature of grievance raised, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Respondent No. 1 to consider and take decision on the pending representation of petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
