J. Sarmah, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner. Mr. B. J. Talukdar, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. P. K. Medhi, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the Respondents. 2. The Petitioner herein has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition assailing the Memo dated 24.10.2024 and the Minutes of the State Level Review Board held on 22.07.2024 in respect to the Petitioner. 3. The grievance of the Petitioner herein is that the impugned Memo dated 24.10.2024 as well as the State Level Review Board held on 22.07.2024 did not consider the case of the Petitioner in the proper perspective. Be that as it may, in the meantime, in the Review Meeting held on 28.07.2026 by the State Level Review Board, the Petitioner's case has been recommended for release. The said Minutes of the State Level Review Board dated 28.07.2026 is kept on record and marked with the letter "X". A copy of the same is also furnished to Dr. G. J. Sarmah, the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Page No.# 3/3 4. Taking into account the above, nothing further remains in the instant proceedings, and accordingly, this Court disposes of the instant writ petition observing inter-alia that the State Respondents now shall act upon the recommendations so made by the State Level Review Board.
