With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter has been taken up and heard for final disposal at the admission stage. 2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of termination dated 14.11.2024 (Annex.1). 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that against the impugned termination order, the petitioner has already filed a statutory appeal two years back before the Appellate Authority but no orders have been passed/granted in the appeal. Having considered the submissions, this Court finds that there is no justifiable reason for the Appellate Authority to keep the appeal pending for such a long period, therefore, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present writ petition with necessary directions to the Appellate Authority. 5. In the result, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Appellate Authority to consider and decide the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
