ORAL ORDER
1. Petitioner is said to be the neighbour of respondent Nos.4 and 5. On the ground that respondent Nos.4 and 5 are putting up construction in violation of the building bye-laws and the sanctioned plan, the writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
"A. Directing the Respondent No.1 to consider the complaint dated 10.09.2025 (Annexure F) and take appropriate action including to demolish the illegal construction on Schedule B property. B. Any other order (s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice and equity.'
2. Learned counsel for respondent nos.4 and 5, upon instructions, submits that during the proceedings of this writ petition, respondent Nos.4 and 5 have removed the illegal construction. However, learned counsel for the petitioner denies the same.
3. Respondent nos.1 to 3 have not filed any report as
directed by this Court.

4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, if the proceedings initiated against respondent Nos.4 and 5 are taken to a logical end by respondent Nos.1 to 3.
5. No person has a right to put up construction in violation of the sanctioned plan and the building bye-laws. For the said reason, the writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent nos.1 to 3 to conclude the proceedings initiated against respondent nos.4 and 5 in the manner known to law as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from today.
6. It is needless to state, if respondent Nos.4 and 5 are entitled to seek a modified plan from respondent Nos.1 to 3 for the construction being put up by them on their property, they are always at liberty to do so.
