The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the resolution dated 23.05.2016 pertaining to the No- Confidence Motion against the President of the Borbhogia Gaon Panchayat. 4. The period of the said Panchayat has long since expired and as such, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition. Under such circumstances, it is therefore seen that the petitioner is being not represented as the petitioner had lost interest. 5.
