Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay of 37 days has occurred due to unavoidable circumstances and the delay has been duly explained in the instant interlocutory application. Having considered the explanation furnished by the applicant for the delay in filing the connected criminal revision petition, particularly in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the application, this Court is satisfied that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for condonation of delay of 37 days. Accordingly, the instant interlocutory application is allowed and the delay of 37 days in filing the connected criminal revision petition is hereby condoned.
