The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to the respondent to MANISH YADAV Digitally signed by MANISH YADAV Date: 2026.01.06 18:03:42 +0530 2 make correction in the Class 10th Marksheet of the petitioner wherein the name of the petitioner has been written as “Tej Prakash” which ought to be “Tejprakash” and further the name the mother of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as “Chiteshwari” which ought to be “Chiteswari”. 2. Mr. Ankit Singhal, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 would submit that they have already instructed the Principal, DAV Public School, Nawapara/Chhal Raigarh, District Raigarh (C.G.) to send information in a prescribed form and as soon as the same shall be sent by the School, they will proceed in accordance with law. It has also been contended that they have also sent an e-mail to the School wherein they have also asked the Principal of the DAV Public School to ask the student to submit the following documents namely: Request letter from the candidate/parents, Principal’s recommendation, Attested copy of Transfer Certificate issued by the previous school if applicable, Attested copy of Admission Form, Attested copy of full page of Admission & Withdrawal Register on A4 size paper only, Attested Mandatory Correction Performa, Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate, Attested copy of Mark Sheet - Class-X & XII as applicable, Attested copy of supporting Public document - Aadhar, Passport etc., Attested Affidavit in original, Govt. Gazette Notification (for cases of complete change/addition/deletion) and Newspaper cutting (for cases of complete change/addition/deletion). 3. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal, DAV Public School, Nawapara/Chhal Raigarh, District Raigarh (C.G.) within 10 3 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order and in turn the respondent No. 6 will send information to the respondent No. 2 within further 10 days and thereafter, the respondent No. 2 will do the needful within further 45 days. 4.
