The petitioner is the complainant. The respondent, the accused no. 2 had a transaction. The transaction leads the complainant to the concerned Court, which registers C.C. No.235/2024. The issue in the lis is not with regard to the merit of the matter therein, but the act of the respondent accused for filing the evidence by way of an affidavit, which is impermissible in law.
