Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early decision of Case No. 325/2020 (SonaVs. Dashrath) , under Sections- 128 Cr.P.C. Police Station- Sarai Khwaja, District- Jaunpur, pending before the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-II Jaunpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had filed an application for maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C., registered as Case No. 867 of 2016, which was partly allowed by the learned Family Court vide order dated 08.11.2019, whereby maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- per month was awarded to the applicant. However, opposite party no. 2 has not paid a single penny towards the maintenance awarded to the applicant. Thereafter, the applicant filed an application under Section 128 Cr.P.C. before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur, on 04.02.2020, registered as Case No. 325 of 2020. However, till date, no order has been passed on the said application. It is further submitted that the applicant is a 60-year-old lady. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Moti Lal Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
