The petitioner has rushed this Court with a prayer to enforce orders passed by State Authorities, however, there is nothing on record that any application for said prayer was filed before said Authorities prior to filing of this writ petition. Therefore, at this stage, writ of mandamus cannot be issued, however, petitioner will be at liberty to file an appropriate application for execution of orders passed by concerned Authorities. 3.
