The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent Authorities 1 to 3 to grant pension/family pension to the petitioner owing to her disability. 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice..” 2. Learned counsel for the respective respondents submits that the relief as prayed for in this writ petition has been granted to the petitioner. 3. The submission of counsel for the respective respondents is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner in view of the letter dated 20.12.2024 (Annexure R/1). However, he submits that petitioner is having some other grievance and therefore, he may be permitted to file afresh writ petition for redressal of other grievances. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents enclosed along with the writ petition. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty with the petitioner to file afresh writ petition, if any exigency arises. 6.
