Petition under Section 528 of BNSS, the accused-petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to quash the FIR No.48/2026 registered at Police Station Kishorepura, District Kota City for offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 336(4), 340(2) & 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, (in short ‘BNS’) 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after thorough investigation, police has not found any criminal offence [2026:RJ-JP:30033] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1859/2026] against the petitioner and submitted negative final report in the concerned Court. 3. In view of above, the prayer made in this petition does not survive anymore. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Misc. Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5.
