[2026:RJ-JP:13362] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 4738/2026 Satyanarayan @ Satya S/o Shri Ramlal, Aged About 53 Years, R/o House No. 213, Paal Beechla, Bhagwanpura, Bairwa Basti, Ajmer. (At Present Confined In Central Jail Ajmer). ----Petitioner Versus The State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Sanjay Gangwar Mr. Jitendra Kumar Bairwa For Respondent(s) : Mr. Jaiprakash Tiwari, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 30/03/2026 1. The petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.273/2025 registered at Police Station Alwar Gate, District Ajmer for offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2) and 74 of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegations against the present petitioner pertain to inflicting life-threatening injuries to the injured-Gaurav. He submits that in the present matter, the incident occurred on 05.10.2025 and the X-ray report was prepared only on 11.10.2025 and the medical opinion regarding the life-threatening nature of the injuries was obtained after a delay of nearly two months on 01.12.2025. He contends that [2026:RJ-JP:13362] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-4738/2026] these unexplained delay does not substantiate that the alleged life-threatening injuries to injured was caused in the alleged incident. He averred that co-accused namely Sunny Kumar and Vikki Bairwa have been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 06.03.2026. The case of the petitioner is akin to them. Petitioner is behind the bars since 26.12.2025 without any criminal past. Charge-sheet has already been filed. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody and on the ground of parity with other co-accused, the bail application deserves to be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner. 6. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Satyanarayan @ Satya S/o Shri Ramlal, be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
