Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2026 in connection with Jasidih P.S. Case No.343 of 2025, registered under Sections 80(2) & 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, now pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 17.01.2026. 4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and submitted that the petitioner is the husband and there is allegation of demand of dowry and the victim was found dead in matrimonial house within 1 year of marriage. 5. Considering the allegation made against the petitioner and the victim wife having died within one year of marriage in matrimonial home, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
