Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition, in view of the subsequent events in the instant case. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has not disputed the said submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. In view of the above submissions made by respective parties, this Court is inclined to accord the permission to withdraw the lis. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
