This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 07.04.2026 passed in B.A. No.11147 of 2025 to the extent that one of the condition of the bail in paragraph 5(i) is ‘One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner.’ 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pairvikar of the petitioner in the bail petition was his friend who has now gone back to Gujarat for his work and therefore, he is not available. He has submitted that in his place the ‘Mousa Ji’ of the petitioner is ready to become his bailor and the other condition of the bail may remain same so both the bailors could be close relative to the petitioner. The said person is the parvikar in the present Cr.M.P. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection so far as the prayer for modification is concerned. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the order dated 2026:JHHC:13960 2 07.04.2026 passed in B.A. No. 11147 of 2025 is hereby modified and paragraph 5(i) of the bail order is to be read as ‘one of the bailors would be the ‘Mousa Ji’ of the petitioner whose name is Ramchandra Mahto, S/o Prem Mahto, Village: Kubri, P.O.
