Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Kisko P.S. Case No. 32/2022 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 326, 338, 435, 307, 504 and 302 of the IPC, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2022 and has been falsely implicated in this case. 4. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that the manner and nature of offence is heinous. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that there is serious allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner had sprinkled kerosene oil over Somari, who was 4 years of age and lit fire upon her body and ultimately, she died. 6. Considering the serious nature of allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, this bail application is rejected. 7.
