The said report is hereby accepted. 4. In view of the Mediator’s report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. Consequently, the conviction and sentence passed by the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, in C.C.No.1337 of 2020, dated 22.10.2025, as confirmed in Crl.A.No.150 of 2025, dated 22.06.2026, by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nellore, are set aside, as a result, the Petitioner is acquitted under Section 320(8) of ‘the Cr.P.C’. The learned Mediator, Sri Posani Akash, submits that he intends to pay a mediation fee of Rs.10,000/- to Respondent No.2, as Respondent No.2 has suffered a lot. The gesture of the learned Mediator is recorded with appreciation. There shall be no order as to costs.
