The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No.307 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 74, 303(2), 352, 118(1) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in ABA No.470 of 2026 which was dismissed. He further submits that on the fresh ground second anticipatory bail application has been filed. According to him, he has received nothing further and in view of that second anticipatory bail has been filed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer 2026:JHHC:13632 --2-- A.B.A. No. 2244 of 2026 and submits that ABA No.470 of 2026 was rejected on merit. He further submits that there is no fresh ground to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. 5. Considering that ABA No.470 of 2026 was rejected on merit and in the course of argument no fresh ground has been made to entertain the second anticipatory bail application, as such the present anticipatory bail application is hereby rejected.
