This writ petition has been filed seeking indulgence of this Court for quashing the impugned FIR No.0001 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026 for the offences punishable under Sections 125, 281 and 324(4) of B.N.S 2023 at Police Station Chaukhutiya, District Almora, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 5. Petitioner and respondent no.3 are present before this Court. 6. A compounding application has been filed in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties. 7. Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that he has no objection in case writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties. 8. Compounding Application (IA No.2 of 2026) stands allowed. 9. In view of the compromise entered into between the parties the writ petition stands allowed. Consequently the impugned FIR No.0001 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026 for the offences punishable under Sections 125, 281, 324(4) of B.N.S 2023 at Police Station Chaukhutiya, District Almora is hereby quashed.
