JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 4 16-04-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State. 2. Petitioner No. 1 was granted bail by this Court on 31.03.2026. So far as the petitioner no. 2 is concerned, she is the mother-in-law of the deceased. 3. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the deceased died an accidental death but from the case diary it appears that the investigation is still pending and no finding regarding accidental death has come. 4. In these circumstances, considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner no. 2 i.e., that she has tortured and killed the deceased, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19817 of 2026(4) dt.16-04-2026 2/2 petitioner no. 2 for the present. 5. If during investigation, materials come in favour of the petitioner no. 2, she may renew his prayer for bail. 6.
