Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instant petition can be disposed of by giving directions to the respondents to decide the representation (Annexure-6) dated 30.06.2026 filed by the petitioner in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024). 2. Heard. 3. This Court directs the respondents/competent authority to consider the representation (Annexure-6) dated 30.06.2026 of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of 15 days from the date of passing of this order, strictly in accordance with law, as per [2026:RJ-JP:31946] (2 of 2) [CW-13917/2026] the ratio encapsulated in Pawan Meena (Supra) and Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012). 4.
