Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned standing counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, and on instructions, he submits that the last date for submission of the bid has been extended from 06.03.2026 to 09.03.2026. He further submits on instructions that the Machinery Certificates will be issued to the petitioner as prayed for in this writ petition by tomorrow (06.03.2026). The said undertaking given by the learned standing counsel for the respondents is hereby recorded by this Court. 3. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of, as the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved by the undertaking given by the learned standing counsel for the respondents and the postponement of the auction from 06.03.2026 to 09.03.2026.
