The revisional application has been preferred praying for transfer of Title Suit No.12 of 2024, pending before the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Howrah to any competent Court at Chinsurah, District-Hooghly, on the ground that the petitioner herein, is a senior citizen and that she has difficulty in contesting the case at Alipore. 2. On perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the opposite party herein, is the elder brother-in-law of the petitioner(Bhasur). 3. A “demafation” suit is sought to be transferred. Considering the grounds as made out, and also the age of the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to allow the prayer for transfer of the suit as prayed for. 2 2 4. The civil revision is accordingly dismissed and the trial court is to proceed with the case expeditiously. 5. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand dismissed of consequently. 6.
