The present Criminal Revision is preferred against the judgment dated 24.02.2020 passed by the learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Ambikapur, District-Surguja (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal No. 15/2018 which is arising out of judgment dated 06.02.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First 2 Class, Ambikapur, District- Surguja (C.G.) in Criminal Case No. 613/2011. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the applicants namely Chhotelal and Khilanand have already preferred another criminal revision i.e., CRR No. 137/2022 and CRR No. 198/2022 respectively against the aforesaid impugned order, therefore, the present revision being second in nature is redundant. 3.
