By filing this writ application, the petitioner prays for a direction to the respondents to consider the selection of the petitioner in Combined Graduate Trained Teacher Competitive Examination (CGTTCE)-2016 in the category of BC-I as she belongs to the same category on the ground that due to inadvertence in the application form, the petitioner has wrongly given her category as BC-II in place of BC-I. 3. After hearing the parties, I am not entering into the merits of this case and whether the petitioner is entitled for the relief claimed or not, just because the reason that even if the petitioner is considered to be in BC-I category, the petitioner has obtained 194 marks, whereas the last selected candidate has obtained 224 marks in BC-I category and 220 marks in BC-II category. Thus, in both categories, the petitioner has obtained lesser marks than the last selected candidate. 4. Accordingly, this writ petitioner is dismissed. 5.
