HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 19295 of 2026 Court No. - 49 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J.
HON'BLE DIVESH CHANDRA SAMANT, J. After some arguments, Shri Ashutosh Kumar Pandey and Shri Rohit Nandan Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner does not wish to press the relief for quashing of the F.I.R. in the writ petition. The relief sought for quashing of the F.I.R. is accordingly declined. Shri Ashutosh Kumar Pandey and Shri Rohit Nandan Pandey, learned counsels for the petitioner recast their relief and pray that the petitioner may be granted leave to approach the competent court for anticipatory bail and for seeking other available legal remedies with him under the law. Shri Buddha Prakash, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer. The writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail other legal remedies available with him under the law.
