By way of this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, the applicant, namely, Asadul Islam, is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with unregistered Page No.# 2/2 Kalgachia Police Station case. Upon a report being called for earlier, Mr. D P Goswami, learned APP, Assam on the basis of the report received from the Kalgachia Police Station, submits that there is no FIR registered against the applicant on or before 20.07.2026.
