This CRMP under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed seeking for a direction to the trial Court to decide the application of the petitioners’ dated 20.02.2024 expeditiously. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had filed an application before the trial Court on 20.02.2024 for adding the charges on the basis of the statements given by victim Suresh Sinha and his wife and for seizure of the weapons used in commission of the crime. However, the Trial Court has proceeded with the hearing without deciding the said application. Hence, it is prayed that a direction be issued to the Trial Court to decide the petitioners’ application dated 20.02.2024 expeditiously. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the present CRMP stands disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to first decide the application of the petitioners dated 20.02.2024 expeditiously, and then to proceed with the trial.
