The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicants to quash the entire proceedings of Special Case No. 397 of 2025, arising out of case crime No. 62 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 61(2), 253, 137(2), BNS and Section 5J(II)/6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station- Sarpataha, District Jaunpur as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 7.10.2025, pending in the court of Special Judge (POCSO Act)/Additional Sessions Judge, Jaunpur. Learned A.G.A. pointed out that charge has been framed in the present case against the applicants. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed accordingly.
