1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

2 / 3 the case of the petitioner for the post of Rural Health Coordinator and post him at the vacant post available. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to decide the representations filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition. ”

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner participated in the recruitment proceedings for appointment on the post of Rural Health Co-ordinator (MPW) Male pursuant to the advertisement issued by concerned authority dated 17.08.2020. Petitioner after completion of the selection/appointment was placed at serial no. 20 in the waiting list, however, thereafter no further consideration was done by the authority. Petitioner thereafter submitted representation before Chief Medical and Health Officer District-Korba, however, till date his representation is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 3 to take decision on pending representation, at the earliest within specified time.

Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, she is having no objection.

On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without entering into merits of the case, writ petition at this stage is disposed of, directing respondent no. 3 to take decision on pending representation of petitioner dated 11.03.2025 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh representation if he so desire and in the event
3 / 3 petitioner submits fresh representation, it shall also be considered and decided by the concerned authority along with the pending representation.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is
